INTRODUCTION

I created this book to be able to reach out to all Seaman's wife and those in relationship with seafarer. What to do, how to act, what to think in order to maintain the relationship while always being away from him. I will give an advice that is based on my personal journey as a SEAMAN'S WIFE. We've been together for the past 20 years and still going stronger but it is not a type of relationship that is a bed of roses but the truth is with attached thorns on it. But through the years I managed to handle some rough seas in our relationship by staying STRONG and HOLDING ON, most especially by leaning on to GOD, he will row the boat together with you and will guide your relationship to last FOREVER. Join me in my mission to give golden advice and learning based on my personal experience because one of my goals is to save the family of seaman to keep it intact even if it is a long distance relationship, because at the end of the day, yes we need money but we need to prepare for the future of being together while maintaining the same lifestyle and be with him when we get older. At the end of the day, what matters most is you have each other and will look at the clouds and declare together “We made it, we passed the rough seas and sea sickness in life and still have each other”.
